Recently stayed at Swissôtel The Stamford Singapore for four nights, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel offers spacious and impeccably clean rooms, and I was lucky to have a room with a breathtaking view facing Marina Bay Sands—a sight that made my stay even more memorable.
One of the highlights of my visit was the exceptional service from the staff, especially at the lounge. I want to give a special mention to Mrs Laurence, who was incredibly warm and attentive throughout my stay. Her hospitality truly elevated the experience, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of.
And thanks to the housekeeping team who ensured my room was always perfectly cleaned every day.
Overall, I highly recommend Swissôtel The Stamford for its comfortable accommodations, spectacular views, and outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Singapore!

Review for Swissôtel The Stamford, Singapore
I recently stayed at Swissôtel The Stamford and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is excellent—connected to City Hall MRT and Raffles City, and within walking distance of Marina Bay, Clarke Quay, and many attractions.
Check-in was smooth, and the staff were warm and professional throughout. My room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with stunning views of the city and Marina Bay Sands. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine and ambient lighting.
The service truly stood out. I had an issue with my luggage breaking just before my departure, and the hotel kindly replaced it that evening. A big thank you to Naga for handling everything so quickly and professionally. I also want to highlight Sophia Yan at the restaurant—she was incredibly helpful and attentive, making my dining experience even more enjoyable.
Dining at SKAI was a highlight, with breathtaking views and delicious food. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied, with both international and local options.
Although I didn’t use the gym or pool, the comfort, care, and overall service made my stay truly memorable. I’d gladly stay here again on my next visit to Singapore.

Check in was made very easy by the lovely, helpful and really friendly staff. Express lift to 46 of 73 floors. Our room was large and very comfortable with many little extras provided. The view was breathtaking of The City and Marina Bay. The breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant was very fresh and varied food options. One little niggle maybe, there was an occasional wait for a table for breakfast…..tiny, tiny wait though. The staff were all knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again if lucky enough to return to Singapore

We stayed at the Swissotel for a family staycation. Overall, we found our 57th floor premier room neatly renovated with plenty of space for 2A and 2C. Check-in and check-out experiences were commendable as they could be performed online without the usual long queues at the lobby. Service was impressive in so far as how fast our calls to the service desk were picked up.
The stay was not without its imperfections. Air-conditioning was weak and the room felt stuffy. Filtered water tap in the bathroom ran really slowly and probably needed to be replaced. Main gripe however was the lack of complimentary parking, which was unlike most 5* hotels we had stayed in. Parking for a day came up to over $30, with no guest-rates for all-day parking. A $35 24-hr parking option was available, but didn’t make sense.
We dined at Clove for lunch and breakfast, and found the latter to be packed to capacity and somewhat chaotic. Nevertheless, it was a convenient option for us with kids and we appreciated the wide range of options at the buffet.
