The gated community offers 24-hour security and a quiet, family-focused setting with rules limiting noise and parties after 23:00. An onsite restaurant sits within the development for easy dining close to home.
Sai Noi Beach Club and Sanae Beach Club are around five minutes away by car, with the shoreline approximately 5km from the villa. Hua Hin town is about 15 minutes’ drive, and eight golf courses — including Black Mountain and Banyan championship layouts — lie within 30 minutes. Maid service is included six days a week (half-day, Monday-Saturday), with optional extra beds, food delivery and in-villa massage available for an additional charge.
Please note: Electricity and water are not included in the rental price. Electricity is charged at 8.5 THB per kilowatt, and water is charged at 20 THB per unit. Our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa. Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.
Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.
