In this two-hour gin distilling masterclass, you’ll be immersed in the craft of gin making, using an Alembic Pot Still at the boutique Wild Flower Distillery. Delve into the fascinating history of gin, learn about the botanicals used and how Wild Flower crafts their award-winning gin. Then, it’s time to put your lesson into practice as you carefully make your selection from over 50 different botanicals to create your very own unique blend. At the end of the class, you’ll head home with your own custom bottle of gin to share and a whole new appreciation for this beloved spirit. If that’s not enough to remember your day, add a 200ml bottle of Wild Flower’s Signature Gin to keep the good times going at home.

Distilled in small batches, Wild Flower Gin has been crafting their award-winning gin with balanced notes of juniper, citrus and honey in Burleigh on the Gold Coast since 2018. Their name is a tribute to the subtle flavours added by their bees as they visit Burleigh’s flowers – meaning all the locals contribute to Wild Flower’s gin with the flowers in their own backyards.
