Strollers and other personal items can be left in the storage depending on the availability; the largest size is 97.4x40x50 cm, and the and the smallest size is 47.8x40x50 cm
8 years old and above is recommended for the virtual reality room to ensure proper fitting of the VR goggles and a safe experience
To avoid queuing outside the venue, it is recommend arriving a maximum of 10 minutes in advance and respecting the access time slot that was selected during the purchase process
Failure to show up on the selected visit day may result in the loss of the tour
