- Bookings are essential at least 24 hours in advance. Should Goodtime Harbour Cruises need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking

- Must arrive at wharf 30 minutes prior to departure. Vessel has limited time at the wharf, and cruise must depart on time. Late arrivals and no shows void booking and are not eligible for a refund
