• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before booking date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of booking date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Available every day: 8.30am or 11.30am sessions
• Not valid: Christmas Day and New Year’s Day
• Bookings valid to 30 June 2025
• Departure/Return Point: Marine Parade, Labrador, Queensland 4215. Please meet at the Northern boat ramp, in front of the Grand Hotel
• Please note there is also courtesy hotel pick up from Biggera Waters to Marmaid Beach, please advise at the time of booking
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no shows voids voucher

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals and drinks are not included
• All guests are required to sign a waiver before departure
• Tours are suitable for all levels of experience and fitness
• Everyone on our tour must be wearing a life jacket. If you don’t know how to swim, please notify the tour guide and wear your life jacket at all times
• If you are 20 weeks pregnant, we don’t recommend coming on our tours. Please get a doctor’s advice before coming on our kayaking tours
• Please note, this tour takes place in a two-person Aqua II kayak. One-person kayaks may be available on request on the day of departure. Please ask Australian Kayaking Adventures staff upon arrival
• Please note there are no toilet facilities at the meeting point, guests are required to come dressed ready to kayak
• Please allow up to 2.5 hours for this experience

• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
