• To secure your desired time, send an email to info@iflysingapore.com for a reservation request. Please attach a valid e-ticket (with clear QR code), stating the preferred flight date, flight time, flyer’s full name and date of birth

• Flyers must be attired in T-shirts, shorts, jeans or pants.
• Flyers must wear closed-toe shoes with laces, preferably sneakers/track shoes.
• Flyers must avoid wearing accessories like necklaces, earrings, bracelets, watches, etc.

• Monday to Friday (12pm to 7.30pm), Saturday & Sunday (10am to 11.30am or 6pm to 7.30pm)
• Not valid on public holidays
• Peak bookings are also available:
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday to Sunday & public holidays: 9am to 10pm (first flight at 10am, last flight at 9.30pm)
• Wednesday: 11am to 10pm (first flight at 12pm, last flight at 9.30pm)
• Saturday and Sundays (12pm – 5.30pm)
• Public holidays and 26 December 2024 (10am – 9.30pm)

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks, transfers and merchandise
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to Sentosa Development Corporation
• Please allow up to 90 minutes for this experience, including travel time
• Children must be aged 7+ to participate in this experience. All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)

Terms & Conditions:

• There is a maximum weight of 120kg if under 1.8m in height
• There is a maximum weight of 140kg if over 1.8m in height
• People who are pregnant are not permitted to participate
• People who have hard casts, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs and have a history of shoulder dislocations or back/neck injury are not permitted to participate
• All flyers must complete the Waiver Form, a legal agreement between the flyer and iFly Singapore. This agreement ensures all flyers understand the nature of the sport of bodyflight and the risks involved. All information retained on the Waiver Form is used for this purpose alone and will not be supplied to any other party for any other purpose, except where authorized by the customer

Cancellation Policy:

• No rescheduling on the day of flight
• Any rescheduling required before the day of flight shall have a charge of SGD30 per flyer
• Any no-shows or rescheduling on the day of flight shall be subjected to a 100% cancellation fee
• If iFly Singapore exercises any discretion for a refund for exceptional cases, there shall be an administrative fee of SGD30 to be charged. This shall include situations such as but not limited to wrong booking, double booking, medical condition, etc

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• The entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
