• Please ensure you are at the pick-up points at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time for check-in. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Please reconfirm your booking at least 24 hours prior to your departure to ensure all details are correct and confirm your pick-up time
• Please note, this tour requires guests to self-drive to either a choice of pick-up location above. Transfers to/from Gold Coast are not included in your ticket
• Both pick-up locations offer free parking. At Nerang, please park in the car park and meet at the 7-11. In Canungra, please park across the road from the Visitor Information Centre
• Dietary requirements can be accommodated with minimum 24 hours’ prior notice. Please advise at the time of booking
• Set menu restrictions apply to breakfast. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to O’Reilly’s Canungra Valley Vineyards
• Check-in time for tours varies based on the time of sunrise and fluctuates depending on the time of year
• Hot air balloon rides are shared, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests. The hot air balloon baskets accommodate as little as 2–4 passengers, all the way up to 20 guests at a time. Ample space is available in the baskets to accommodate group sizes comfortably
• There are no weight restrictions for any of the tours. At the time of booking the weight of each passenger is collected to ensure proper weights and balances of the hot air balloon. This information helps allocate the appropriate amount of passengers per balloon for everyone’s comfort while ensuring passenger safety
• Flight time is approximately 45–60 minutes
• Unfortunately, this tour cannot accommodate wheelchair access
• Please allow up to six hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Valid for day and package type selected at time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
• This experience is not suitable for children under 3. Proof of age (passport or birth certificate) must be provided for children aged 3–5 to show the driver on the morning
• All passengers must be able to climb into the 1.2m basket unassisted and must be able to stand for the duration of the flight (approximately 60 minutes)
• Hot Air Balloon is unable to accommodate those who are 13 weeks pregnant or more, due to safety considerations
• No broken bones or recent surgery at the time of flight
• Passengers should be able to jump off the second step of a ladder
• Must be in good general health
• A signed waiver of liability is required for all guests flying and/or riding in our vehicles
• Flights are subject minimum passenger numbers, weather and flying conditions and may be altered or cancelled at the discretion of Hot Air Balloon
• Hot Air Balloon is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, injuries, or damages sustained from participation in hot air balloon tours or tethered hot air balloon rides
• If a passenger is 15 or more minutes late to check-in for their hot air balloon tour, Hot Air Balloon has the right to cancel the passenger(s) hot air balloon tour and no refund applies
