• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before tour departure date: a credit or gift voucher will be issued
• Cancellations within 48 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available: Wednesday – Monday: Departs 9.40am; returns 2pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Tuesdays
• Departure Point: Matiatia Wharf, Waiheke Island. Your tour guide will meet on arrival with a signboard as you disembark the ferry
• Please ensure you are at the departure point no later than the scheduled departure time. The ferry you are required to travel on departs at 9am

Important:

• Exclusions: Additional food and drinks (not stated in inclusions), take-home wines or merchandise from estate shops, and hotel transfers
• Any excess amount is payable directly to Waiheke Wine Tours
• Please note, ferry tickets are not included and guests must make their own way to Waiheke Island. Ferries can be booked online or at ticket machines at the ferry terminal: 99 Quay Street, Auckland CBD. Please arrive at the terminal 60 minutes prior to your departure time
• For guests staying on Waiheke Island, Waiheke Wine Tours offers a pick-up service at a bus stop on the main route to the ferry. The exact time and location of the pick-up will be provided at the time of booking. Please contact the vendor directly for more information via waihekewinetours@gmail.com
• Bookings essential and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
• Please allow up to six hours for this experience, including travel time
• Children (0–17) are not permitted on this tour
• Non-alcoholic beverages can be arranged for non-drinkers, please advise at the time of the booking
• If you would like to swap the beer flight for a spirits flight, please advise Waiheke Wine Tours directly at least 48 hours in advance

Terms & Conditions:

• Please note that all participants of this experience must be 18+ and carry valid photo ID
• Vineyards are legally not allowed to serve clients showing signs of intoxication. If the vineyard chooses not to serve you due to intoxication, no refund for the tour/tasting will be given
• Itinerary is subject change depending on seasonal vineyard availability, weather and road conditions
• Waiheke Wine Tours cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Waiheke Wine Tours retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
• Waiheke Wine Tours reserves to right to refuse participation to any guests who appear intoxicated before the tour; no refund for the tour will be given
• Inappropriate behaviour or offensive hens/stag party accessories are not permitted, as the vineyards will not accept you on their premises, and your guests will be dropped back to the ferry, and Waiheke Wine Tours will not be responsible for the early ending of your event
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
