• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Physical tickets are not required. A booking reference code will be provided to you at time of confirmation
• Please note, you may be required to provide photo identification at time of check-in
• Transfers are not included in your experience
• Participants must have a low level of fitness with the ability to cope with moderate physical exertion at heights for up to 50 metres
• Participants are required to walk and climb up and down ladders and multiple flights of stairs unaided for approximately 1.25km
• Participants will walk across industrial-style, open metal grate walkways and stepped bridges
• Prescription glasses can be worn during the climb – securing lanyards will be provided. Jewellery and watches cannot be worn during the experience. Please leave these items at home or store in the personal lockers provided during briefing
• Please allow up to two hours for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• All participants must be minimum of 8 years of age at time of scheduled RoofClimb, however this experience is recommended for 18+
• Children aged 8–15 years must be accompanied by a supervising adult (maximum of three children per one adult)
• Minimum height of 120cm and maximum weight limit of 136kg applies for all participants
• Participants aged 75+ must obtain medical clearance to climb
• Participants less than 20 weeks pregnant must obtain medical clearance to climb. Participants more than 20 weeks pregnant are NOT permitted to participate

• Participants must undergo a breath analysis during check-in and must return a reading below 0.05% blood alcohol concentration
• To safeguard against objects potentially injuring people below, participants cannot take any loose objects with them including cameras, GoPros, phones and tablet devices. Personal lockers are available for participants to store non-valuables for the duration of their climb
• RoofClimb Leaders are equipped with cameras to capture the moments and additional photos are available to purchase after the experience. One 6x8” group photo is included in ticket price
• The RoofClimb experience will proceed in most weather conditions including heat, rain and wind. The experience will not proceed if there are hailstorms, thunder and lightning and winds of 70km per hour or over. Extreme heat may also result in delayed departure or cancellation

Cancellations:

• This offer is non-refundable and non-transferable

Changes to Booking:

• Changes to booking cannot be accommodated
