• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Pick-up and drop-off included from selected Phuket area hotels – please advise of your hotel address at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Bookings available from 1 November 2023
• Bookings valid to 31 October 2025

Important:

• All children under 17 must be accompanied by a supervising parent or guardian
• Infants under 3 years old are free of charge. Please advise of any infants attending at time of booking
• A vegetarian lunch menu is available – please request at time of booking
• The canoe has a maximum capacity of two adults and one child
• Additional food and drinks are payable directly to vendors
