• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Available every day: Sessions are hourly from 11am–3pm (last booking)
• Not valid: Selected public holidays including Good Friday, 25 & 26 December, and 1 January

• Please ensure you are at your meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time of experience. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2026

• Each flight is equivalent to 1.5 standard drinks

• Children are welcome at the cellar door with adult supervision
