Availability:

• Valid for V8 Trophy Truck intro drive experience with eight laps and one hot lap only
• Available: Selected Saturdays & Sundays: Sessions at 8.30am, 11am, 2pm or 4.30pm
• Venue: CARCO Raceway, Wattle Ave East (off Old Yanchep Road) Neerabup, WA 6031

Important:

• Please allow up to two hours for this experience, including safety briefing
• Upon arrival for your off-road racing experience, you will attend a driver briefing on the rules and track conditions
• Offer valid for listed vehicles only for specified laps. Vehicle upgrades on the day payable directly to Off Road Rush WA
• You must bring enclosed shoes and wear clothes that can get dusty
• Vehicle upgrades and additional laps may be available at a surcharge on the day, subject to availability. You can also purchase a GO PRO Recording for $40 on the day. All surcharges payable directly to Off Road Rush WA
• Food, drinks and transfers are not included. It is recommended to bring your own water/snacks
• Circuit is part of a motor sport complex. There are no heated or air-conditioned facilities. Marquees and chairs are provided for spectators and drivers

Terms & Conditions:

• Manual driving proficiency and minimum age of 16 is required for V8 Trophy Truck experience
• All passengers and drivers will need to sign a liability waiver prior to driving. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian will be required to sign a waiver on your behalf
• Maximum weight 140kg and maximum height of 201cm applies for all participants
• There is a zero alcohol and drug policy for all drivers, which must be strictly adhered to
• This activity is not operable in extreme weather like heavy rain or if the circuit is too wet. If Off Road Rush WA needs to reschedule your booking, they will endeavour to contact you via SMS or email

Cancellations:

• Tickets for this experience are non-refundable. The drive is transferable to another driver at no extra charge
• Refunds and rescheduling are not permitted for late arrivals and no-shows

Changes to Booking

• Off Road Rush WA requires a minimum of 14 days’ notice to make a change to your booking. A rescheduling fee of $55 is payable for each participant. No changes are permitted within 14 days of the scheduled drive date unless in extreme circumstances

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer. Please ensure you arrive to your purchased session on time
