• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

Availability:

• Available every day: Sessions start 1pm. Duration is approximately 15 minutes, or as long as your game runs
• Meeting point: 839 Hanmer Springs Road, just past the turnoff towards Hanmer Springs from State Highway 7 and before the Waiau Ferry Bridge. There is a large carpark with plenty of parking for cars, campervans, and coaches
• Pick-up/Drop-off point: Return shared transfers available on request from selected accommodation in Hanmer Springs. Please contact Hanmer Springs Attraction at least 24 hours before departure date via phone at 0800 661 538 to book
• Guests must arrive 2 minutes prior to the scheduled activity time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Bookings valid to 28 February 2026

Important:

• Exclusions: Food, drinks and additional paintball pellets. Transfers are available on request only and must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance
• The Paintball experience includes 50 paintballs per person (an extra set of 50 paintballs can be purchased for $15 per person)
• Please allow up to fifteen minutes for this experience. Duration of game varies according to players
• An onsite snack bar supplies drinks, ice creams, snacks, and light meals for purchase at own expense
• The health and safety practices have been assessed by independent outdoor safety experts and they are AdventureMark Safety Certified
• Please note a zero alcohol limit applies for this activity, and participants may be breath-tested

• A minimum age of 10 years applies. Participants aged 15 and under must have an adult aged 16 or over with them to sign their risk disclosure waiver
• All participants are required to wear safety gear and adhere to instructions from operator
• Hanmer Springs Attractions reserves the right to refuse participation should any person be affected by medication, or any other substance such that they may be a risk to themselves or others
• Photo ID must be presented for proof of age at check in when requested
