• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Times are approximate and based on normal traffic conditions. It does not account for accidents, road work, contraflow lanes, etc. or other unforeseen delays that may occur and are out of the control of the tour operator

• This is a full-day tour. Please allow up to 10 hours for this experience, including travel time
• Food and drinks not mentioned are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Many stores/stands only accept cash, please come prepared with local currency should you wish to make additional purchases

Terms & Conditions:

• Children must be aged 4+ to participate in this experience and be supervised by a parent or legal adult guardian at all times.
• Children under 3 may attend free of charge – please advise at the time of booking
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply, minus a 10% processing fee
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Reservations are non-refundable for no-shows

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
