Terms & Conditions:

• Children aged 3–14 are permitted on the tour, however this tour is not recommended for children.
• This tour requires a minimum of ten passengers to operate. In the event minimum numbers are not met, the tour will be cancelled and you will be offered an alternate date or refunded
• Itinerary is subject to change, and some inclusions may be replaced temporarily without notice
• Cruise times and vessel may vary during times of maintenance and an alternate vessel will be used

Cancellations:

• Cancellations received more than 3 days before departure are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations received between 24 hours and 3 days before departure are subject to a fee of $50 per person
• Cancellations received within 24 hours of departure incur a cancellation fee of 100% of total cost

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
