• Up to 1 day before your chosen date - 100%

• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100% Cancellation

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to departure date: 5% cancellation fee applies

• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Swimmers
• A bag including a towel and hat
• A jacket during winter to protect you from wind and for warmth after snorkelling
• Cameras in a waterproof case or tupperware

Availability:

• Available every day: Check-in: 8am; returns: 12.30pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Public holidays. Blackout dates apply including 2 October, 24–26 December, 1 & 26 January
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2026
• Departure Point: Check-in at The Turtle Rock Café, Cape Tribulation Rd, Cape Tribulation. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure time
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Courtesy bus transfers available from selected accommodation in local Cape Tribulation area – please advise of your location at the time of booking

Important:

• The tour itinerary is a guideline only and is subject to change depending on tide, wind and other weather conditions
• Food, drinks, wet suit hire and prescription mask hire are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendor

Terms & Conditions:

• Wildlife sightings are by their nature, wild, and therefore cannot be guaranteed
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Ocean Safari for passenger and crew safety
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Bookings on public holidays incur the following surcharges per person: $20 per adult, $10 per child and $50 per family. Surcharges are payable directly to Ocean Safari

• Maximum purchase limit of five per person applies to Family Rate bookings

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
