- This tour includes two kilometres of walking with some stairs, dark alleyways and other hazards
- Tour covers both indoor and outdoor areas
- Tours run rain, hail or shine. Please dress appropriately
- Food, drinks and transfers are not included unless upgrade is purchased. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the venue
- Please note, no filming is allowed without prior consent. Personal photographs are permitted
- Dinner upgrade only: Dinner is automatically booked for two hours before the tour time you select. Sittings are for two adults only. Two-course menu is seasonal and subject to change. Terms & Conditions:
- This tour is not suitable for children aged under 8
- Children aged 8–15 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times. Unaccompanied children will not be permitted on tours
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or other substances may be refused admission. No refund applies in these cases
- Should Lantern Ghost Tours need to cancel a tour for any reason, they will offer a new date, voucher or provide a credit to use towards another experience. Lantern Ghost Tours cannot be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, loss of earnings or any other associated costs the guest has incurred due to the cancellation of tours

Changes to Booking:
- Date changes are permitted with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled departure time. An administration fee from $10 per order may apply
- New dates must be chosen at time of reschedule
