• For customers making their own way to the meeting point, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled check-in time. Late arrivals and no-shows void voucher

Important:

• Please call Picture This Ballooning the night before your departure date (after 6.30pm) to confirm flight details
• Check-in time for tours varies based on the time of sunrise and fluctuates depending on the time of year. Meeting times vary from 4am–6pm
• Dietary requirements can be accommodated with minimum 7 days’ prior notice. Please advise at the time of booking
• Menu is seasonal and subject to availability. Valid for dine-in only
• Set menu restrictions apply. Any excess amount must be paid directly to vendors
• Hot air balloon rides are shared, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests. The hot air balloon baskets accommodate as little as 2–4 passengers, all the way up to 20 guests at a time. Ample space is available in the baskets to accommodate group sizes comfortably
• There are no weight restrictions for any of the tours. At the time of booking the weight of each passenger is collected to ensure proper weights and balances of the hot air balloon. This information helps allocate the appropriate amount of passengers per balloon for everyone’s comfort while ensuring passenger safety
• Flight time is approximately 45–60 minutes
• Please do not be late, as the pilots depart shortly after the meeting time, and you may miss your flight
• Please allow up to four hours for the entire experience, including breakfast

Terms & Conditions:

• Valid for day and package type selected at time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. No35 at Sofitel Melbourne abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• This experience is not suitable for children aged 5 and under
• No pregnancies at the time of flight. For pregnancies that occur after booking, please advise Picture This Ballooning at least 7 days prior to scheduled flight date. The expiry dates on the tickets of any pregnant passengers and any others on their booking will be automatically extended
• No broken bones or recent surgery at the time of flight
• Passengers must be able to stand for the duration of the flight (approximately 60 minutes)
• Passengers should be able to jump off the second step of a ladder
• Must be in good general health
• A signed waiver of liability is required for all guests flying and/or riding in our vehicles
• Flights are subject to minimum passenger numbers, weather and flying conditions and may be altered or cancelled at the discretion of Picture This Ballooning. If the weather is not suitable for flying, your pilot will cancel the flight. You will be notified of this and will be able to reschedule your flight to another day. The expiry date of your booking/voucher will be extended to give you more time to find a date to fly
• Picture This Ballooning is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, injuries, or damages sustained from participation in hot air balloon tours or tethered hot air balloon rides
• If a passenger is 15 or more minutes late to check in for their hot air balloon tour, Picture This Ballooning has the right to cancel the passenger(s) hot air balloon tour and no refund applies

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure date: refunds are permitted, less a cancellation fee from A$150 per ticket
• Cancellations within 7 days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: no refunds permitted

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
