• Available every day: Pick-up from 9am; return 5.30pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Public holidays
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2026
• Pick-Up Point: 12km radius of Pokolbin (Hunter Valley Gardens) is the local area pick-up. Other locations may be subjected to pickup surcharges. Newcastle, Maitland, Singleton, and surrounding areas incur a one-off charge per booking

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Valid for dine-in only
• Please allow up to eight hours for this experience, including travel time
• Wheelchair and mobility accessibility is subject to availability. You must inform HV Tour at the time of booking if you require this service
• Pick-up is not available from Sydney. Surcharges apply for transfers outside of Pokolbin
• This is a shared tour, meaning you will share your ride with other guests

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Please note that all participants of this experience must be 18+ and carry valid photo ID. Children are not permitted to join this tour as it is a shared wine tasting tour
• This tour is not suitable for hen’s and buck’s parties. Non-disclosure will incur extra charges from $50 per person, payable before the tour commences or the tour will be voided

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations between 5–14 days before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies (or money held and alternate travel date provided if possible)
• Cancellations within 4 days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies and no refund given

Changes to Booking:

• 14 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
