• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before experience date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of experience date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Not valid: Blackout dates apply including public holidays, 2–4 September 2024, 9–13 February 2024 and 30 April – 1 May 2024
• Pick-Up Point: Return transfers are available from selected Hoi An city centre hotels – please confirm your location upon booking
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2024

• Guests of all ages are welcome on this tour – there are no age restrictions
• Food, drinks and other services not specified above are not included in the tour. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Please advise at booking stage if any members of your party have food allergies or dietary restrictions. ICS Vietnam will do their best to make appropriate substitutions whenever possible, but cannot guarantee them
