  • All travellers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for the child’s behaviour whilst on tour
  • Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
  • Ethical Adventures may cancel a trip due to but not limited to logistical or operational issues, insufficient sign-ups or any other cause that makes the trip unfeasible to operate. If Ethical Adventures cannot facilitate your trip, they will endeavour to place you with another operator of their choosing agreeable to passengers. In cases where an alternative that is acceptable to you is not found, you will receive a full refund performed via internet transfer of funds to the source account of initial payment or cash payout
  • It is possible that a tour will be underway which may need to end prematurely due to environmental conditions such as flooding or severe storms. In such cases there is no refund issued
