• No marine licence is required to drive the boat, but the driver/hirer must be 18+ and cannot consume alcohol
• BYO soft drinks and snacks are allowed. BBQ-packed lunches are available for purchase for full-day boat hires only (own expense)
• Rods, bait, ice and eskies are also welcome aboard. You can hire these from the host at a hire package price (own expense)

Terms & Conditions:

• Note: Swimming off the boat is not permitted. Trinity Inlet is a very active saltwater crocodile environment and marine stingers may also be present. It is dangerous to swim here
• Infants aged 0–1 may ride for free if seated on a parents’ lap. Children aged 2 years old and upwards must have their own seat. Children aged 12 years and under must wear a life jacket at all times when on the vessel
• At least one person must have a mobile phone on board, in case you need to contact Cairns Boat Hire
• Vessel must only be operated within the designated area of operation, in Cairns’ Trinity Inlet. At check-in, you will be provided a briefing and map of this area
• Vessel must be returned to hire point in the same condition as provided at time of check-in. Fees apply for any damages and/or cleaning services required

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
