• Full names of all passengers
• Weight of both passengers in kilograms
• Lunch choices for each passenger/dietary requirements (if applicable)

Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 2 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before experience date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of experience date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Available every day from April 2025 until October 2025: Departs at 11.30am
• Departure point: Charter Aircraft Base, Broome International Airport, Gus Winckel Road, Broome WA 6725
• Please arrive at your departure location no less than 30 minutes prior to departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks and transfers unless otherwise specified
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Please advise of all passenger names, weight and (for lunch tours only) lunch choice and any dietary requirements at the time of booking
• A minimum of two paying passengers is required for this experience. If you are a single passenger, you may pay for two seats in the helicopter
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• Please advise the level of assistance required for any disabled passengers and whether the passengers are in a wheelchair, so that KSA Helicopters can accommodate their needs with ease
• Please note that wheelchairs can be carried on selected aircraft only, and they must be collapsible. Due to OH&S requirements staff are not permitted to lift any passengers
• Lunch at Eco Beach Resort is only available from April to October

Terms & Conditions:

• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• KAS Helicopters will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. KAS Helicopters works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
• In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. Please note, if half the paid tour was possible, the component not experienced will be refunded, not both
