• Skydive Australia reserves the right to alter altitude or reschedule your skydive without notice due to weather, air traffic, and unforeseen circumstances
• As aircraft periodically become unavailable, Skydive Australia reserves the right to change aircraft type without notice
• All bookings are given an ‘Arrival/Check In’ time only. Please note this is not your ‘skydive’ time. While Skydive Australia endeavours to complete an individual’s tandem skydive within four hours of arrival, you are advised to arrive with no time constraints – you should plan for this to be a whole day’s activity
• Weight is an important factor in skydiving and aviation. It affects aircraft weights and balances, fuel allowances, climb rates and equipment maintenance. Once at the drop zone, all customers are subject to a weight assessment by a Tandem Master
• If the weather is unfavourable on the day of your booking, your jump will be rescheduled to another date that suits you. If there is heavy rain, strong wind or low thick cloud coverage Skydive Australia will cancel and reschedule the jumps if it does not clear. If it is partly cloudy or there are a few showers you can jump through or around this without it affecting the experience
• Transfers are valid from select Airlie Beach accommodation to the drop zone

Terms & Conditions:

• Participants weighing over 94kg must notify Skydive Australia in writing via reservations@skydive.com.au prior to the jump date
• All persons weighing 94kg and over will incur a surcharge from $50. For persons weighing 105kg–114kg, a surcharge from $75 applies. For persons weighing 115kg or more, a surcharge from $100 applies. All surcharges are payable directly to Skydive Australia
• Please note: Participants weighing over 105kg are subject to additional assessment by a Drop Zone Safety Officer or Tandem Master. Note that different weight cut-off limits apply at may vary by location
• Medical conditions which could affect your safety should be discussed with your doctor prior to your booking
• No alcohol or ‘recreational’ drugs are to be taken for at least eight hours prior to arrival. Please advise Skydive Australia if you are taking prescription medication
• All participants must be aged 16+ for this experience, as required by law. Skydive Australia must be notified in writing prior to the jump date if a customer is aged between 16 and 18 years. All minors must have a legal guardian present on the day of the tandem skydive. All persons are subject to Tandem Master assessment
• All paperwork, safety briefing and gear-up must be completed before jumping

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• All cancellations must be provided in writing to Skydive Australia via reservations@skydive.com.au. No shows void voucher
• If the skydive is cancelled by Skydive Australia due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, your voucher will remain valid for a period of 12 months from the original booking date and you will need to re-book and jump within that time period on an alternate date

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Any amendments to the scheduled jump date or time within 24 hours of the scheduled jump will be subject to a rebooking fee from $100 per person
• Name changes must be provided by email to Skydive Australia via reservations@skydive.com.au, however will not incur a fee
• Bookings can be rescheduled any number of times, however the booking will only remain valid for a period of 12 months from the original jump date. After this date, all payments will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given

Dress Code:

• Loose, casual clothing such as active wear, jeans or tracksuit pants is recommended
• Participants must wear fully enclosed shoes, such as running or sports trainers. Hiking boots and high heels are not appropriate

Please Note:

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
