• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Tours are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Watersports Port Vila for passenger and crew safety
• Watersports Port Vila reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond their control. If Watersports Port Vila cancels the tour for any reason, a full refund will be issued
• Minimum passenger numbers apply for cruise to proceed
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
