7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• All-day breakfast is available at TSea Leisure Club, served buffet style between 7am and 11am, and a la carte style from 11am to 10pm.
• The daily cocktail is served at the Pool Bar. Guests may order from a limited menu, inclusive of mocktails.
• Lunches and dinners are served at TSea Leisure Club. Lunch is served from 12pm until 3pm and dinner is served between 6pm and 9pm.
• The shuttle to Double Six Beach operates hourly from 10am to 7pm.
• Free-flow cocktail hour (select packages only) is served at the Pool Bar from a select menu.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• Infant seats can be pre-booked free of charge or guests can bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

Canna Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Free one-day entrance to Canna Bali Beach Club including complimentary use of the Luxury Escapes departure lounge, one cocktail or mocktail per person, a complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, and shared return transfers between Canna Bali Beach Club and Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa. Additional discounts include:
  • IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage
  • IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria
  • IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required)
  • IDR 500,000 discount per package towards a purchase of second bottle of selected wine
• Canna Bali is located in Nusa Dua.
• Access to Canna Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa package
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Canna Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Canna Bali is located in Nusa Dua.
• Guests must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance via Whatsapp (+62 823-4558-0600), quoting your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number. The Reservations team will confirm your booking and cocktail/mocktail drink choice, and any dining at Cliff Restaurant.
• A shared transfer to and from the beach club is available for select Nusa Dua resorts. Please contact luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com to arrange.
• On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pickup time at your hotel with your purchase number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice. If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.
• Canna Bali Beach Club is open daily from 10am to 10pm (last orders at 9:45pm) & Cliff Restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
• For guests wishing to use the lounge and beach club facilities on the day of departure, if your hotel package includes return airport transfers, please notify our transfer partner of your Canna Bali pick-up when confirming your transfer booking, or by messaging on WhatsApp (+62 811 3830 1800) to amend your departure transfer pick-up location.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however, can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
• The minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR 30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:

Atlas Beach Club Entry Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Free entry to Atlas Beach Club and Atlas Super Club, one cocktail, beer or soft drink per adult, choice of 10% dining discount or 15% daybed or sofa bed discount, complimentary towels and kids’club access.
• Atlas Beach Club is located in Dalung.
• Customers are required to contact Atlas Beach Fest via WhatsApp (+62 857 3906 3480) at least 24 hours in advance to make reservations including booking for a daybed/sofa bed (if any). Pleasse mention Luxury Escapes booking reference number and details of guest names to enjoy all the benefits.
• The Reservation team will confirm the booking to the guests including the confirmation number for daybed/sofa bed booking (if any).
• Bookings are essential at least 24 hours in advance. Should Atlas Beach Fest need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking.
• Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival.
• Upon arrival, guests will be greeted and checked in using Luxury Escapes booking reference number.
• Guests will receive a voucher to redeem their complimentary drink at Atlas Beach Club as well as a 10% dining discount voucher if this option was chosen.
