Accommodation bookings can be cancelled with a full refund provided the cancellation is made no less than 1 day prior to check-in. That is cancel by 11:59 pm (local time of property) 1 full day prior to the day of check-in. Excludes flights.

Absolutely lovely experience! My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Britomart on our final evening in NZ before heading back to the states. The hotel is absolutely stunning, clean and comfortable. Bar was gorgeous. Breakfast delicious. Room spacious. No detail was missing. Staff are so kind and helpful. Special shout out to Rochelle at the front desk who went above and beyond to find a box of wine that we had shipped to the hotel over from Waiheke. Very much appreciated her help and warm smile! Thanks Rochelle, you made an already lovely stay that much better. Highly recommend the Hotel Britomart

Truly loved our stay at The Hotel Britomart. Location 10/10 (very walkable) service/staff 10/10 (so kind and helpful) and the accommodation 10/10 (comfortable and clean) — loved so much we stayed twice during our trip (coming and going from our Auckland international flight). Of particular mention, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable from accommodating us for early check in to storing our bags post check out when we had a few hours left to explore before heading to the airport. Cannot recommend enough - so worth it. Will for sure stay again next time we are in Auckland.

What a wonderful hotel! We stayed here in early February, 2025, right before departing on a cruise. The location is superb, the rooms were well appointed and quiet, the restaurant served us delicious breakfasts and the staff was extraordinary. One staff member in particular, Ellliott Sheppard, went above and beyond typical customer service. After departing our taxi I realized that I had left behind a bag with expensive camera equipment. Through his persistent efforts Mr. Sheppard was able to identify our cab, reach the driver and retrieve the missing bag. The hotel even fronted the cash to pay the drivers return fare. Its not an overstatement to report that by his actions, Elliott Sheppard saved us from a vacation disaster. I highly, highly recommend this hotel. If we are ever fortunate enough to return to beautiful Auckland, we will certainly again book rooms at the Hotel Britomart

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel!! Literally close to everywhere, which is one of the reasons why we loved it! Also, the staffs are nice, the room may be smaller than the other hotels we’ve been to but it was very comfy and clean! We ate breakfast at their restaurant too! Food was very good as well as the service!
