We stayed at this lovely resort for four days during a very busy Eid week. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable. I especially want to highlight the hotel’s restaurant buffet, which was packed due to the holiday rush. Despite the chaos, the restaurant manager, George, was exceptional he was on top of everything, ensuring his team was well-prepared and guests were well taken care of. As someone whose father ran restaurants, I noticed how George handled things just like my dad would. He warmly greeted and smiled at every guest, making sure everyone felt welcome. He kept a close eye on the buffet, ensuring every dish was fresh and beautifully presented. He also maintained a clean and organized dining area. What stood out most was George’s leadership and kindness toward his staff. He led with professionalism and warmth, even during such a hectic time. Many managers ask guests for reviews, but George never did his genuine care for guests and his team speaks for itself. I truly admire leaders like George, who work with urgency while remaining friendly and composed under pressure. This resort is lucky to have someone like him!

Exceptional Service & Outstanding Hospitality! I had an amazing experience at Sofitel Al Hamra—everything was perfect, from the elegant ambiance to the impeccable service. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a truly memorable visit. A special thanks to Hayford, whose professionalism and kindness made all the difference. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. His dedication to excellent service truly stands out! I highly recommend Sofitel Al Hamra to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming experience. I will definitely be coming back!🤍🤍

Lovely Resort! Staff are very friendly and the service is great. Kids outdoor play area could be much better. Quite a few open holes all over the gardens, these should be urgently looked at. Otherwise really great resort, will be back for sure. Bikram from Housekeeping is wonderful, Sumai from the Juice Bar is excellent, the Room Service Team is also very helpful and Jamal from Reception is amazing and incredibly helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

✨ Exceptional Stay at Sofitel Al Hamra ✨ Our recent stay at Sofitel Al Hamra was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — not just us, but our beloved pets too! Their pet-friendly environment truly sets them apart. The amenities were top-notch, the beach access was fantastic, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. We were surprised with a free cake and a warm anniversary greeting, and to top it off, we were given a late checkout, which was a wonderful gesture. A special shoutout to Thin, Kasun, Mazen, and the amazing reception team who made our stay unforgettable. Your kindness and hospitality were truly heartwarming. If I could rate this hotel, it would be an 11/10! I highly recommend Sofitel Al Hamra to anyone looking for a luxurious, pet-friendly getaway. Thank you for welcoming us and our pets with so much love and compassion. We’ll definitely be back! Kudos to the entire team!
