Accommodation bookings can be cancelled with a full refund provided the cancellation is made no less than 2 days prior to check-in. That is cancel by 11:59 pm (local time of property) 2 full days prior to the day of check-in. Excludes flights.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at PARKROYAL Langkawi Resort for 6 nights, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well cared for, thanks to the fantastic staff who truly went above and beyond to make my stay special. The resort itself is a beautiful oasis nestled in the lush surroundings of Langkawi, with stunning ocean views and a tranquil atmosphere. The accommodations were absolutely comfortable, equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. I particularly enjoyed the various facilities, from the skypool to the beachfront access, which allowed me to soak in the sun and unwind. A special shout-out goes to the amazing team members who made my stay exceptional. Front Office Associate Jenye was incredibly helpful and attentive. I also had the opportunity to indulge in the spa, where Wawa and Fina provided exceptional service and treatments. In the restaurant, Yana was a standout during my dining experiences. Her friendly service and recommendations greatly enhanced my meals, making each dining experience a delight. Overall, PARKROYAL Langkawi Resort exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The combination of beautiful surroundings, top-notch facilities, and a dedicated team made my stay truly enjoyable. I can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories in this paradise! Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable!

Breakfast is wonderful. Freshly cook egg counter. But most of the juice at the juice counter is not fresh, very sweet and concentration juice. The swimming pool is big with a children's pool attached, another adult swimming pool located on the 5th floor (just for adults) with a stunning view. Kids club on the second floor with indoor and outdoor play area, very nice facility. The beach, just the seawater is not clear. It has a few beach sports activities too (they do not belong to the hotel, you need to pay extra) Two bad experiences from our stay: 1 - the entire hotel alarm rang on the first night at 3am for about 20min ish without proper explanation from the hotel Management. I checked with the receptionist and they can't give a proper explanation and the manager and management didn't even highlight to the guest who complained about it. However we extended one more night because the facility and the hotel location are excellent, the hotel staff gave us the same rate that we booked from booking.com instead of a walk-in rate. 2 - we are staying on the 7th floor but you can hear the extremely loud music in your room from the lower floor. The room is small, the cleaning needs to be improved.

Family holiday of 4 days and 3 nights. And I gotta say, this hotel is ACE. The beach front is literally right there!! The sky pool is absolutely beautiful and the regular hotel pools are lovely with a cute kids water playground which looks like lots of fun! I loved the well kit out gym with all the gear and its a great size and really has everything you need for a good workout! And the morning breakfast spread has so many delicious options! It was great choosing different things to eat each morning! The room is superclean, comfy bed, love the rain shower and really overall, I had a super super relaxing beach holiday! Definitely be back again!

Good quality hotel with a nice infrastructure, in particular splendid swimming pool on the 5th floor. Additionally, the breakfast was really good with a huge variety of choices. Nevertheless, the service is sometimes a disadvantage - I waited over 2 hours for my small luggage to be delivered to the room. Finally I went to the reception desk and took it on my own.
