Fantastic Stay for Families! We had a wonderful stay as a family of three (parents + child). The hotel service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome. The location is super convenient, with easy access to public transportation, and they even provide a shuttle service to the BTS, which made getting around the city effortless. Our child absolutely loved the Chocolate Time in the afternoon – such a delightful treat! The hotel really caters to families, and we highly recommend it for anyone traveling with kids. Would definitely stay here again! 🍫✨

Enjoyable 9 night stay, though the rooms and especially hallway carpets need to be refurbished. Enjoyed the pool area however it was struggle to get lounge cushions as there are only 5 and as I am elderly the lounges without a cushion were too hard for me. Overall an enjoyable stay especially in the lounge where Filja looked after us extremely well with a ready smile.

The hotel is in a great location however the cleanliness of the hotel is not quite up to standard (photos attached, room 3807). When you have molds growing out of the shower head, it makes you doubt the cleanliness of the whole room. Service can be good if you catch staffs on their good day but sometimes they are not so nice. the concierge and valet staff are amazing and helpful. I’ve given 1 extra star for their complimentary chocolate hour (10/10) for chocolate lovers.
