Getting to Bangkok is easy. Flights to Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) fly direct from most major Australian cities. Airline carriers include Thai Airways, Qantas, Emirates and more with an approximate flight time of nine hours.
Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 2 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 2.5 hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 6 hours).
The hotel is located approximately 45 minutes’ drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport. A convenient airport pick-up is included in the upgraded Deluxe packages. Return airport transfers are included in Executive and Group Wellness upgraded packages. Please see Fine Print for more details.

Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Superior Room, Deluxe Room & Executive Suite – Packages are valid for two people
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults or two adults and two children. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:
Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of AU$86 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.
Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents or for a surcharge of AU$86 per night, sleeping on one rollaway bed. Both options include accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.
Baby Policy: One infant (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.
Two-Bedroom Wellness Suite – Packages are valid for four people

Airport Transfers: The airport transfers for upgraded packages will be provided by www.myphuket-holiday.com. Your package includes one-way transfers from Suvarnabhumi Airport to your hotel.

You will need to provide the following information at time of booking (no later than 48 hours prior to arrival):

IMPORTANT: Transfers (Toyota Fortuner) are for a maximum three adults or two adults and 2 children (11 and under) per package. Maximum 3 luggage pieces allowed per car due to space restrictions of the vehicle. Oversized or excessive luggage may have certain restrictions, Surcharges may apply should a larger vehicle be required at additional cost.
A limited number of connecting Superior and Deluxe rooms are available, subject to availability.
