The included food and drinks credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. May not be used at Fantino and Club Grill. May be used for room service and minibar. Credit will be presented at check-in.
Club Lounge access includes access to a private lounge with sunset views, private check-in and checkout, dedicated concierge services, canapes and drinks from 7am to 10pm, live egg cooking station during breakfast, and the services of a mixologist during cocktail hour.
A compulsory sanitation fee of US$1.40 per room, per night, is payable direct to the hotel.
To arrange airport transfers, please email your arrival and departure information to concierge.cancun@kempinski.com. Transfers must be booked at least 48 hours before your arrival. Return transfers are available for a surcharge of US$200; one-way transfers are US$100. Prices include all taxes and are per vehicle (SUV) with space for up to five guests with luggage. Surcharges are payable direct to the hotel. Larger vehicles can be arranged, subject to availability. Prices are subject to change.

Over the top. Couldn’t complain even a bit. Staff were very friendly. Hotel feels very old money style and luxurious. Great food by the beach & the pool. Breakfast was amazing too. Overall a great experience and loved every seconds of it.

People who are stating the hotel is dated must not understand old money style. The hotel is definitely not dated and it’s up kept very well - if you’re reading comments about it being dated or old it’s because people are assuming everything should be modern new money style. The hotel is absolutely spotless, the cleaners are amazing. The beds are very comfortable as well. Breakfast buffet has a great selection and I’d recommend putting that into your room rate. The servers and towel guys have been nothing less than great. All of the staff pay attention to detail and the wants and needs of the hotel guests. They remembered us by name and preferences by day two. Everyone has had a great attitude here, the staff have all been so nice. We decided to extend our vacation a night and they could’ve charged me the room rate for the current night last minute booking and they chose to give me the rate I booked with months ago. Thank you guys for that again! We loved the fresh flowers in the lobby daily! The bus is also right outside which is super safe for tourists and only 12 pesos a person one way, we took this daily back and forth to meet family staying at the far end of the hotel zone. Thanks guys for a great vacation

This is an excellent resort property, European owned business and the service is incredible. The rooms are clean, the property is spacious with an airy interior spaces. Great gym. Everyone who greets you smiles and says hello. A truly five star experience. This is a highly recommended property in Cancun that stays away from the all inclusive concept and allows one to really tailor the trip to their needs.

We booked this hotel last minute after checking out early from our “all inclusive” which ended up being a timeshare nightmare. This hotel is definitely dated but very clean and the service is great. Some of the reviews say there are a lot of older folks and no entertainment. Ironically for us those were positives and not negatives because we were traveling with our autistic 4 year old whom had become extremely overstimulated at the other resort. This hotel is calm and quiet. It’s not bright or overstimulating. You can hear the waves of the ocean and watch the sunrise from the room’s balcony. The view is stunning. When we wanted something more upbeat or different we simply left the hotel either in an Uber or walking. There are some very nice restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. It was a very peaceful stay.
