Take a drive to the beautiful Cijin Beach and breathtaking Cijin Tiensheng Temple which is only a 30-minute drive from the hotel, or stay even more local and take a 10-minute drive to the groovy Pier-2 Art Centre. After a day of exploring, venture out to one of the many local night markets to experience authentic Taiwanese cuisine. The hotel is located approximately a 20-minute drive from Kaohsiung International Airport (KHH). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

This was a beautiful hotel featuring modern amenities and high-tech setups in the rooms. The room was functionally arranged, with a separate toilet area and a stunning soaking tub that overlooked the city. The services were excellent, starting with a warm greeting at the entrance, where the door was held open for us. The fitness reception staff was attentive, and housekeeping/reception staff were flexible in accommodating our requests. Although the gym was on the smaller side, it never felt overcrowded. While there wasn’t a sauna, there was a coed jacuzzi by the pool area, which allowed my partner and me to relax together. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, including made-to-order local options. The dining room had a calm and pleasant atmosphere, quite the opposite of the rushed experience we had at the Grand Hyatt in Taipei. The hotel was conveniently located just a short walk from the MRT (red line) and light rail, making it easy to visit all the tourist sites in Kaohsiung. We look forward to staying here again when we return next year.

Stayed here a few days. The service is excellent. Check in was smooth and quick. The rooms are fancy and is probably the best in the city. The amenities are top notch. For those with lounge access, the service is very good with variety of snacks and drinks. Special recognition to Asta working in the lounge for superior service and cheerful morning demeanor.

Luxurious hotel with one of the best Asian breakfast buffets I’ve ever had. My wife had to call me out as I can’t help but express out how delicious it is on every dish that I eat. Wish I’ve tried the other restaurants but I’ve only got one night. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Small but neat gym with all the basic things you need. Will definitely be staying here again the next time I go to Kaohsiung.

We chose this hotel for our Kaohsiung stay in our multi-city honeymoon trip and we could not have been more pleased with the stay. This is truly an outstanding, luxurious and exquisite hotel in Kaohsiung that combines world class hospitality and services with modern amenities. Staff: Every hotel staff we interacted with during our stay were extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. Gloria and Daniel at front desk were exceptional. Gloria was very helpful throughout our stay. My wife had an emergency issue and Daniel contacted several stores and located a place that was able to help with an immediate repair. Room: very clean, modern, comfortable bedding, quiet room with oversized bathroom and separate tub and water closet. Last but not least the Dyson hair dryer is a nice bonus. The only negative is not having dehumidifier, to help with the overwhelming damp odor that’s part of being in Taiwan. Breakfast buffet: It had the perfect blend of both eastern and western cuisine, some of which are made to order. Attentive wait staff. Weekends can get crowded with locals so pre-9am dining is highly recommended. Hotel guests can make a reservation via QR code. Lobby cafe was clean, modern yet classy. A great meeting place to converse over a cup of Java.
