Beautiful hotel in the heart of Stratford Upon Avon. We stayed over the weekend in an extremely comfortable standard room. From the huge bed, the fine and stylish pieces of furniture, to the beautiful flooring, decoration and bathroom, we felt at home, with all the peace and comfort we could need. He also had breakfast and dinner at The Woodsman, one of their restaurants, with quality food and service. Thank you for looking after us, from check-in to checkout, ensuring that every detail was thought of to welcome guests with high standards.

Thank you to Hotel Indigo staff. I'm sorry it has taken me a couple of months to leave a review. My family and I stayed here for one night end of September. The staff were most accommodating allowing us to eat dinner so late at night. I had queried if they had any desserts or sweet treats available so late at night. They gave us complimentary slices of pie and some biscuits. Honestly, the most friendly, warm and professional staff. A personal thank you to Charlie in the bar, Georgie for our pie and Millie on reception. Millie was so helpful in suggesting different places to eat at night. Half of us decided to stay in the hotel for dinner, and after the above experience, we were most pleased with our decision. Thank you again for being so good to us. I would highly recommend thus hotel in Stratford. Incredible staff!

Lovely hotel with history very central in Stratford on Avon. Rooms were comfortable, with everything you need. Bed was firm and comfortable. Shower in bathroom was easy to use, had good water pressure. They provide local hand/ body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There is a hairdryer, iron and safe. They provide soft drinks, water and milk in the fridge( free) and tea and coffee( instant and with a nespresso). You can cast from your phone or laptop to the tv if needed. The hotel is tastefully decorated, there is a lovely outside space and there is a separate restaurant and little cafe bar. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend.

I feel I aught to warn you first and foremost. The bed and pillows are THE most uncomfortable I've ever slept on/in. The bed is firm and the pillows are especially HARD and LUMPY. God knows how they have gotten away with this is beyond me! I mentioned it to reception and was told all the pillows are the same in all the rooms. I find that hard to believe as they are not in any way shape or form comfortable ! I had the worst nights sleep of my life, so much so, I even tried using my coat, my dress, my shawl as a pillow to sleep on. I tossed and turned all night. It was ridiculous. As for the hotel itself, it was lovely, lots of character and the location is superb. I doubt I would return however purely due to the lack of sleep, awful pillows and hard bed. Shame really as hotel itself is lovely.
