I booked this hotel for 4 nights. To my surprise there is nothing that normally is in line with the expected quality of IHG brand. No breakfast buffet, no restaurant nor bar available. I asked them to refund the breakfast, they refused. I had no option left but to check out one day before and I was assured they will refund me for one night…. Two weeks later, after multiple calls and third time coming in person, they still refusing to show me proof of refund. This is not acceptable at all. I would like to thank to everyone working there. I really appreciated their professionalism and dedication, unfortunately they are facing all customers frustration to protect their bosses. I would give five stars for customer care despite the fact they have hands tied in doing more…. I well understand this is the best they can do in these circumstances. Update: #1 Finally I got refunded in cash for one night #2 Almost one month later, I had the chance to attend the Grand Opening Ceremony. This time everything was perfectly fine, fantastic event and all hotel facilities and amenities were as it should be at a 5 stars hotel.

Had an enjoyable and relaxing time at Hotel Indigo. Came at the time they just opened for experience so still have some fixing and drilling going on and are a bit annoying but overall the room was good and spacious! Finally, thanks to all the staff who have provided excellent customer service and we will be back next time!

We recently had a nice stay at the Hotel Indigo Saigon. Being a new property, we weren’t quite sure what to expect. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The pool and fitness centre are on the roof which has a nice view of the city. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and shopping areas. We did feel like maybe the hotel was understaffed and there were certain things not yet installed that should be considered standard, such as a coffee maker in the room and coffee/tea in the mini bar, a water dispenser in the gym, etc. Additionally, we could not figure out how to call the front desk from the phone. There is a club across the street that plays music until around 1am. It’s not super loud but you can hear it from the rooms facing the street. Overall we had a nice stay and would return again.
