7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily cocktails will be served at Beach Grill & Bar between 4pm to 6pm. The menu for daily cocktails is pre-selected from our signature and classic cocktail selection.
• Daily buffet breakfast will be served at Takola Restaurant. Breakfast is served between 7am to 1pm
• Daily lunch or dinner is available at two hotel restaurants: Takola Restaurant (Thai Cuisine) and Beach Grill & Bar (International & Mediterranean Cuisine). The meal is a one-course lunch or dinner including light appetizer, main course and seasonal fruit. The restaurants are open 12pm to 10.30pm. The menu for daily lunch or dinner is a pre-selected set menu.
• The 60-minute massage is a choice of traditional Thai massage or aromatherapy massage. Bookings 24 hours in advance are required, and timing is subject to availability.
• Complimentary shuttle service is available three times per day to and from Khao Lak Center. From Resort to Khao Lak Center: 11am, 2pm, 5pm. From Khao Lak Center to Resort: 2.20pm, 5.20pm, 7.20pm. Shuttle service times are subject to change without notice.
• One-way airport transfer includes airport parking fee, toll fee, one 330ml bottle of water per person.
• VIP return airport transfers includes airport parking fee, toll fee, one 330ml bottle of water per person, as well as meet and escort assistance, porter services, check-in assistance, departure immigration fast-track services, access to executive lounge on departure, wheelchair service and flight information services.

Fine Print

• Guests will be emailed an online form to book in the date and time within 1–2 days of purchase. An email will come from luxuryescapes@icstravelapi.com
• Rates are per car, one way
• Three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage, the six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage
• Transfers required from midnight to 6am will incur a surcharge of THB350 per vehicle, one way, and an infant seat can be pre-booked for a surcharge of US$3 per seat, each way. Guests may bring their own infant seat.
• Drivers will wait for delays of up to one hourse, after then the transfer will be considered cancelled.
• VIP service: Valid for two people.
• VIP service: Service operation time is from 6am to midnight.
• VIP service: 12 hours advance booking is required to book the service.
• VIP service: A limit of two pieces of luggage per person applies for the porter service. Oversized luggage (more than 56x36x23cm will incur a surcharge of THB100 per piece.
• VIP service: Lounge use is capped at 2.5 hours. Extra hours will incur a surcharge of THB350 per hour, per person.
• VIP service: Dates for this service are available on request and subject to availability. Reservations will be confirmed within 1–3 days.
