I had my daughter’s birthday party here which had close to 60 guest. The arrangement, cleanliness, food and decor - everything was just perfect. The location of the property is icing on the cake. I would recommend this for any functions you are planning. Last but not the least, the sales person “Rakesh” is awesome. He responded to all queries promptly and provided all information without any filter. He also recommended great ideas which I was not aware of.

It’s located at prime location near railway station like 2 min walking. And has metro accessibility as well. The rooms are good maintained but there was no mini fridge i had to call and ask for mini fridge in my room. Also initially when i was calling the room service for any query they used to hung up call abruptly which was strange. Need to improve their room service. Breakfast was good lots of option. The best thing is located at prime location where every niche places in Pune are accessible. Food is good, good parking space. Note: The room service staff should improve their call-handling etiquette by ensuring they respond promptly and professionally. They should actively listen to the guest's queries without interrupting or abruptly ending the call, providing a courteous and attentive experience throughout.

An amazing experience at Crowne Plaza. The room was really clean and well maintained. We had a bathtub in our room, which was also spotless. Absolutely no complaints trying to reach the location or the way the hotel / room is maintained. The employees are really courteous and helpful. The only minor complaint is that we couldn't find the intercom phone number to the reception or the cafeteria. I had to call up the hotel on the phone number available on Google to book rooms and ask them for the number to call the cafeteria and order dinner. The QR Code available for the menu did not include the Intercom telephone number, which was relatively unhelpful.

The property needs an urgent uplift. Stayed for one night after ages and realised that everything is outdated. The rooms are worn out and smell bad. The food is average, breakfast has not much of options, tea served is cold and people work without any motivation. Being a Club member, I had great expectations, however the location was the only positive for the work commitment I had in the city.
