one of the most beautiful hotels I've been to. The view is more than unique, having the view of the most beautiful airport in the world from your window. It's a sweet dream to fall asleep watching the planes take off. Despite the fact that it's in the airport, the rooms are very quiet and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the large size of the bathroom and the quality of the food served in the hotel. The staff was very kind and deserves 5 stars +

Worth every penny. Step off your flight, retrieve your bags, and walk about ten mins to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was the biggest and grandest I've ever seen. Entire property is extremely tidy. Staff was the best. Pool was spectacular. Room was spacious. Everyone in my family enjoyed staying here!

Overall, good experience. Best aspect about the hotel is that it is of great convenience. Service is surprisingly average. We had in total 6 pieces of luggage and no one asked if they could help take our luggage up to the room. The menu could also be improved with a bit more options. It would have been nice to showcase Singaporean cuisine since the hotel is at the airport. All in all, the room was spacious and clean. Recommended for your convenience especially if you're transiting through Singapore.

As our flight departs at 8am, a night stay in this hotel is most convenient. We arrived into Changi and checked in before 12noon. We didn't get a room on the spot as guest haven't checked out and rooms weren't cleaned. No problem as we are able to store bags with concierge and head out to lunch in Jewel. Upon returning after lunch, we managed to collect our room keys. We had 2 different bookings. Price wise, both room rates are the same. Yet they allocated both rooms on different building. We didn't get a view even though we paid SGD350 per night per room. One of the room air con was totally out but as we are staying only few hours, we didn't complain nor got someone to come fix it as we were tired after long day. One of the room bathroom was like a swimming pool. Maybe the drains were clogged. Hotel looks dated. Bed and pillows are quite comfy. No breakfast was included nor offered. For the price, very unlikely I'll be back to this hotel.
