7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• The included massage at Cape Spa is a Siamese Touch Massage must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Timings are subject to availability.
• Guests under 16 years of age are not permitted in the spa.
• Included daily drink includes cocktails from a selected menu, local beers, house wine or soft drink and is available at Otter’s Bar, Café Andaman or Bamboo Bar.
• Top of the Reef is open between 6.30pm to 11pm Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and a smart casual dress code is required (shorts, sleeveless shirts and thong sandals are not permitted). The signature dinner upgrade (select packages) will be a five-course romantic dinner from a set menu.
• Two-course lunch at Café Andaman includes choice of one main dish and one appetiser or dessert.
• Three-course dinner is available from Café Andaman (Thai or European menu), Top of the Reef (European menu) or Panwa House (Thai menu).
• The five-course signature dining experience at Top of the Reef is valid for Cape Suite packages only, and replaces one of the included three-course nightly dinners.
• Panwa House is open between 6.30pm to 11pm Tuesday to Sunday.

Fine Print:

• You’ll be emailed an online form to book your date and time within 1-2 days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravelapi.com
• One three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. Guests should request the six-passenger car with room for six pieces of luggage when necessary.
• An infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat each way. Guests may also bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
