Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi and his team curate an ever-evolving seasonal menu, allowing you to select either a three-course or five-course culinary journey. Begin the evening with a toast of sparkling wine, then prepare yourself for a gastronomic adventure that unveils the richness of native Australian ingredients and passionate artisans behind every plate.
