• Please ensure you are at the meeting location 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Pick-ups/drop-offs are not available from Broome Caravan Park and Gateway Caravan Park
• Moderate level of fitness and mobility required on this tour. Walking distances of up to 300m is required
• Reef shoes are compulsory on this tour
• Wading through shin-deep water is involved when boarding the vessel
• Please allow approximately five hours for this experience, including transfers. Please note the boat component of this experience is approximately three hours
• There is a licensed bar at beachfront venue exclusive to tour guests for you to purchase a drink before or after the tour (own expense)

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption
• Minimum numbers apply for trip to proceed. If a trip fails to satisfy minimum numbers, it may be cancelled or rescheduled
• All infants, regardless of age, must be counted in the head count due to survey reasons and attract a child fare. If an infant does not appear in the booking, however, arrives for the tour, they will not be permitted on the tour and no refund will be issued to the family members that must forfeit the tour as a result
• Ensure you meet the required fitness and mobility requirements to participate in the tours prior to booking. All tour descriptions on Broome Adventure Cruises website outline the fitness requirements. There will be no refunds given in the event a participant decides they do not meet the fitness requirements within the 48 hour cancellation timeframe
• All itineraries may vary depending on suitability and prevailing weather conditions, culturally significant dates, and tides. The management reserves the right to change or cancel any cruise at their discretion and for the safety of passengers.
• If Broome Adventure Cruises cancels your cruise for reasons such as maintenance, weather conditions, or staff illness prior to the departure of your cruise, you can transfer the amounts paid to an alternate tour time/ date or alternatively receive a full refund. Broome Adventure Cruises are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to accommodation, flights, or adjoining tours.
• In the unlikely event of changes or cancellations of your tour, Broome Adventure Cruises will contact all passengers with as much notice as possible prior to scheduled departure

Cancellations:

Bookings for groups of up to six passengers:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to departure; no cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to departure; 100% cancellation fees apply

Bookings for groups of more than seven passengers or the private charter:

• Cancellations made more than seven days prior to departure; no cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made within seven days prior to departure; 100% cancellation fees apply

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. All changes are subject to availability
