Begin your journey travelling along the scenic Queenstown-Glenorchy Road beside Lake Wakatipu before arriving at Mt Aspiring National Park, and the renowned Routeburn Track. Cross the swing bridge into a spectacular Beech Forest ideal for spotting rare birds including New Zealand’s smallest bird, the rifleman. Wander through the magnificent gorge and gradually ascend through a magical 130-million-year-old forest spotting sparkling waterfalls.
