• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers available from Exmouth hotels. Make sure to choose the departure location that is nearest to you and arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Snorkelling is not included for passengers travelling on Observer tickets
• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Advance bookings are essential
• Please allow up to 9 hours for this experience, including travel time
• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• Please note, this is not an exclusive snorkel-only tour. There may be scuba divers onboard

Discover SCUBA Diving Terms & Conditions:

• A minimum of two participants is required to conduct the Discover SCUBA Experience. In the unlikely event that a second person is not found for your tour by 4.30pm on the day prior to your tour departure date you can choose between a full refund or pay an additional fee for a private one-on-one scuba session
• Discover SCUBA Experience is suitable for children aged 14+. Children aged 14–17 will need the written approval of a parent or guardian and a dive medical to participate
• Diving medicals are not required in order to participate unless you have an indicator such as (but not limited to) asthma. A medical questionnaire will need to be completed at the time of booking

Scuba Diving Terms & Conditions:

• Guests must be at least 10 years old and a certified diver to participate. Please bring your dive certification card
• Certified divers must have a logged dive within the past 12 months to participate in our Double Dive Tour. If you do not have a recent dive, you’ll need to complete a pool refresher with Exmouth Dive & Whale Sharks Ningaloo before heading out on the ocean. Refresher sessions are scheduled on demand (prior to tour departure date) and usually take 1.5–3 hours to complete

General Terms & Conditions:

• Basic swimming ability is required for this experience. In some areas, entry from the boat will be in 12-metre-deep water and will require a snorkel over to the shallower areas. Surface conditions can be choppy at times
• Children must be aged 6+ to participate in this experience (other age limits apply to diving and Discover SCUBA Experience options – see above) and be under the supervision of a parent or adult guardian at all times
• All guests must review the Introductory and Certified Diver Medical Declaration and Terms & Conditions prior to booking. You will be required to complete the medical declaration on the day at check-in to review. If you answer “yes” to any questions on the medical declaration, you will require clearance from a physician before you can participate in the tour.
• Divers over 65+ must have a medical clearance with a physician who confirms they are Fit To Dive. This can be provided by your own GP before you leave for your holiday
• Please be aware that certain medical conditions (e.g. asthma, heart disease, diabetes) and/or prescription medication may prevent some people from diving. If you have a certain medical condition or are taking prescription medication it is imperative to review our Introductory and Certified Diver Medical Declaration prior to travel and to seek advice from your physician
• Scuba diving can be strenuous under certain conditions. Your respiratory and circulatory systems must be in good health. All body spaces must be normal and healthy
• In the interests of safety, it is recommended participants do not fly within 24 hours of the last dive. You will not be allowed to dive until you are declared medically fit to dive. For advice, please contact Exmouth Dive & Whale Sharks Ningaloo directly
• Exmouth Dive & Whale Sharks Ningaloo reserves the right to alter or cancel specific dives/tours/courses without notice due to weather, sea conditions, minimum numbers or other factors. We always recommend that you travel with flexibility in your itinerary and with travel insurance

Cancellations:

• Bookings of 1–3 people: Cancellations made more than four days prior to departure date are eligible for a full refund
• Bookings of 1–3 people: Cancellations within four days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows incur a 100% cancellation fee
• Group bookings of 4+ people: Cancellations made more than seven days prior to departure date are eligible for a full refund
• Group bookings of 4+ people: Cancellations within seven days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows incur a 100% cancellation fee

Changes to Booking:

• Any rescheduling requests must be made by an acknowledged notification email no less than four days (for up to three people) or seven days (for groups of four or more), before the start of the tour
• Rescheduling fees may apply at the discretion of Exmouth Dive & Whalesharks Ningaloo. This fee will be no less than 20% of the tour value
• If Exmouth Dive & Whalesharks Ningaloo can rebook seats to cover any schedule changes, they will endeavour to do so. If seats are rebooked, Exmouth Dive & Whalesharks Ningaloo will refund or waive any fees, with the exception of any third-party costs
