- Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival
Cancellations
- Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of booking time will incur a 30% fee of your treatment cost
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will pay a 100% cancellation fee
Changes to Booking
48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

- Not valid: Saturdays and Sundays

Important:
- Bookings must be made at least seven days in advance. Strictly no walk-ins
- Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when having a treatment
- Late arrival may shorten treatment time
- Individual treatment results may vary
- Valid for set treatment package options only
- Smoking and mobile phones are not permitted
- It is essential to inform Relinque of any health conditions or pregnancy at time of booking
