- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before tour date: no cancellation fees apply
- Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Availability:
- Available every day on request: Departs 9am; returns 4pm (approximately)
- Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers are available from locations within 40km of Sydney CBD. Please advise pick-up location at time of booking
- Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will likely result in your itinerary being modified and some inclusions may need to be removed to accommodate travel time
Important:
- Exclusions: Additional food and drinks, take-home wines and merchandise from estate shops
- Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
- Bookings essential and subject to availability

- This experience is non-refundable
Changes to Booking:
- Changes can be made to your experience booking at any time up to 3 business days before your experience date. This includes but is not limited to, the experience itself, date, time, people and dietary needs. Please keep in mind that some changes may incur an added cost
- Please note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

- Please note, that all participants of this experience must be 18+ and carry valid photo ID
- No refunds will be granted for no-shows
- Alcohol consumption is prohibited on board; all vehicles and passengers must remain seated when the vehicle is in motion
- Cellar doors adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol legislation and reserve the right to refuse entry to intoxicated individuals - in this case, no refunds will be issued
- Passengers are responsible for damage to the interior or exterior of a vehicle caused by incidents such as vomiting or food spills. In such cases, a cleaning fee from $300 will be charged
- Drivers reserve the right to terminate a tour and refuse entry into a vehicle if passengers are abusive or refuse to adhere to rules set by the vendor
