- In the event that Puffing Billy is cancelled due to high temperatures, extreme weather, or fire restrictions, a refund of AU$45 per adult and AU$22.5 per child will be issued. All other activities in the itinerary will proceed as planned. Please note that this does not entitle participants to cancel the entire tour
