Follow the 1942 Bombing of Darwin flight path on a one-hour journey from Darwin, taking you west to Mandorah. Fly over the Beagle Gulf’s historic shipwrecks and reach Garden Point, then fly over Melville Island. The journey continues over Cape Gambier and the fish-rich Vernon Islands before passing WWII-era Noonamah and Hughes airstrips and Channel Island and the wharf. Ending with a breathtaking orbit over Mindil Beach at sunset, enjoy a tasting plate and drinks as you take in spectacular aerial views and wartime history.
