Don a safety harness and climb out onto the cusp of Brisbane Powerhouse’s iconic façade, where your seat hangs four stories up in the air. Savour sky-high city views as you feast on a three-course meal featuring local ingredients curated by Bar Alto’s talented chefs. After dining, descend through The Powerhouse or opt for a final 17-metre dropline descent, celebrating your return to ground-level with a glass of wine.

- Caprese salad with locally made fresh buffalo mozzarella, medley of heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, Australian extra virgin olive oil, sea salt

- Brodetto with bucantini, bay bugs, king prawns, mussels, calamari, saffron brodo, served with brew sourdough
- Roman gnocci, braised spiced duck, pangrattato OR free-range chicken piccata, sage, parmesan seasonal mushroom jus
- Pumpkin gnudi, seasonal mushrooms, brown butter, sage
- Free-range chicken breast, shallow fried in an egg and parmesan batter, fried sage, local exotic mushrooms sautéed in cultured butter, grated parmigiano reggiano cheese
