• Pick-up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers available from all accommodation options in Darwin. Please advise of your location at time of booking. Fees may apply for Palmerston accommodation
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Food and drinks not mentioned are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• Please allow up to six hours for this experience, including travel time
• This tour requires a minimum of six guests to proceed
• All travellers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for the child’s behaviour whilst on tour
• Children under seven years of age are not suitable for our open set tours and as such will not be accepted for any set tour

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made up to 14 days before departure date: no cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made within 14 days to 48 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellation by Ethical Adventures: Ethical Adventures may cancel a trip due to but not limited to logistical or operational issues, insufficient sign-ups, inclement weather or other causes that make the trip unfeasible to operate. If Ethical Adventures cannot facilitate your trip then, they will endeavour to place you with another operator of their choosing which is agreeable to passengers. If an alternative that is acceptable to you is not found, you will receive a full refund performed via internet transfer of funds to the source account of initial payment
  • Early termination of tour due to weather and/or danger or other miscellaneous reasons: It is possible that a tour will be underway which may need to end prematurely due to environmental conditions such as flooding or severe storms. In such cases there is no refund issued

Changes to Booking:

• 14 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
